Marky Mark And Nicky Zee
Mark Nicolson has now earned skateboard riding's highest possible accolade by having one of his stunts shown as Trick Of The Week over on the Crossfire website. Clickety click on the cleverly embedded video player below to watch him completely destroy the poor defenceless handrail.
Whilst you're over at the Crossfire site, take a read of Nick Zorlac's interview. He's the daddy of Death Skateboards and has all sorts of mildly interesting things to say.

Sweet Freedom
After 2 months of lock-down in a small dungeon-like room to edit the video, Mark Nicolson is finally free. He managed to survive on a diet of beans, biscuits, beer and tea and now he's back and better than ever! We took a little mid-week day trip to the best park in the world, Saffron Walden.
At first he found it hard to concentrate on skating
But slowly he started getting into it

Better Than Life On Youtube
It was only a matter of time before this happened. Footage of the new video has already been leaked onto the internet. Watch if you dare or you could just wait a couple of weeks for the DVD to be out.
Mr. Daniel Cates Still Going
The video is done but Cates is still hungry for getting more footage for other projects and so has been braving the cold to perform for the camera. The cold can be braved but the rain cannot be stopped unfortunately so yesterday's spot will have to be visited again. Do not click the photo unless you want a closer than comfortable view of the old man.

"Better Than Life" Imminent
Yo. The DVD is at the duplicators right now so should be in the shops very soon. Make sure your local skater owned shop knows what's up and contacts Power Distribution ASAP because Nick is currently taking pre-orders to ensure you get the video as soon as it's available!
Sydney Premiere
I have been informed that the Australian premiere in Sydney went smoothly, no technical problems at least! I'm sure Troy West or Jay Bone will hook us up with some photos very soon, check back here for the evidence soon!

Skegness Premiere
Xsite skatepark in Skegness played host to the latest showing of "Better Than Life" last Saturday night (17th Nov). There was tonnes of ridiculous skating going on at the park beforehand too so here's a short edit on shaky-cam for your pleasure.
St. Albans Clip
...and in case you've been out of the country for the last 8 months without access to the internet, you might want to check this little edit from St. Albans skatepark.
Better Than Life Trailer
Just in case you haven't managed to see the trailer for the new video, here it is. Straightforward obvious blogging delivered straight to your eyes.
Romford Premiere
The relentless march of the "Better Than Life" premiere tour continues with Romford skatepark being the next venue to show the new Death video on Sunday 25th November. Get yourself down there. Click the flyer for a larger image.

Potter Goes Pro
Carl Wilson has just been "promoted" to the ever expanding ranks of Death pro riders. After truly ripping at many events around the country recently and handling his board more than capably on any terrain, it's a well deserved move. Here's his first deck graphic designed by the Death Metal listening artist French. Click the graphic for a larger image.
"Better Than Life" World Premiere
Wednesday 7th November saw the Trinity Bar in Harrow play host to the world premiere of Death Skateboards' newest and best video "Better Than Life" featuring all the new team riders along with lots of the regulars from previous videos. As expected, chaos ensued as the video thundered onto the screen and by about half way through, a full mosh pit had appeared. A great night and one to remember. DVD release before xmas, make sure to grab yourself a copy of this!

Big Push '07
Every year, Document Skateboard Magazine runs an event called "The Big Push" and invites four teams to take part. It basically involves these teams hurtling around the country completing tasks thereby amassing points aiming to be crowned the winners. Here is the Death team's section from the DVD that came free with Document Magazine.
